Fox Family Hub is a private household organization and notification service for invited family members. It provides family schedule updates, household reminders, chore notifications, dinner information, and related communications.
By using Fox Family Hub or consenting to receive its text messages, you agree to the following Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Fox Family Hub may collect information provided by family members or the household administrator, including:
Names and mobile telephone numbers
SMS consent and opt-out status
Household schedules, reminders, chores, and meal information
Messages sent to or received from Fox Family Hub
Message delivery and technical information needed to operate the service
We use this information only to:
Operate and maintain Fox Family Hub
Send requested household notifications and reminders
Respond to SMS commands and requests
Maintain consent and opt-out records
Troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service
Comply with applicable legal and carrier requirements
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
We may share information with service providers that are necessary to deliver and operate the messaging service, including telecommunications carriers, messaging-platform providers, hosting providers, and other technical vendors. Fox Family Hub sends informational and transactional household text messages to family members who have provided consent. Messages may include:

Fox Family Hub does not send third-party advertising or promotional marketing messages.
Family members opt in by verbally providing their mobile number and consent to the Fox Family Hub administrator or by sending an applicable opt-in keyword such as START.
Before verbal enrollment, the family member is informed about the types of messages, variable message frequency, possible message and data charges, and how to obtain help or opt out.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on household schedules, reminders, and user requests. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you later reply START or provide renewed consent.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, internet connectivity, service interruptions, or other conditions outside Fox Family Hub’s control.
Users may not use Fox Family Hub to send unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, or unauthorized messages or to interfere with the service or another person’s privacy.
We may update this page when the service or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
